This detached villa in the pretty village of Casarabonela sits in a very privileged position with fantastic views of the rolling hills and the village to the left.
Under the property is a large garage and storage area and as you walk around to the front of the property you are amazed by the beautiful vistas. The kidney shaped pool is to the right of the property with plenty of space around it to soak up the sun or stay in the shade udner the mature trees.

There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Casarabonela is located at the foothills of Sierra Prieta, part of the Sierra de las Nieves. The air is clean and the views are stunning, due to the elevated position of the village. It is an ideal base for outdoor- and nature lovers. Hiking, biking, horse riding or just a walk through the mountains and forest, with views over the Guadalhorce valley and even the ocean, are the perfect way to relax and enjoy the piece and quietness of the beautiful surroundings.
Walking through the narrow whitewashed streets, you will discover the Moorish soul, combined with Christian elements and Roman remains. The village has a central church and many plazas and outside terraces where you can enjoy sunshine, local tapas and a drink. Also at night you can join the locals for a drink in one of the bars. They have the usual Andalusian customs and events; the annual feria, procession and a unique Easter celebration. Olives play a big part of their economy, which comes as no surprise when you see the olive groves surrounding the village.
At the highest part of town, the remains of the Arab Castle Casarabonela are visible, besides its historical value it is an exceptional viewpoint! The botanic garden (Jardin Andalusi) of Casarabonela is well known for its collection of cactus plants, there are 2.500 species from all over the world.
Surrounded by mountains, there is one road into the village and one road out. Casarabonela is a bit further off the beaten track, but still located only 40 minutes (47 km.) from Málaga and the airport. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are a 45 minutes (62 km.) drive.
